Melvin Swift dunking on an oppenent (H/T 5-Star Basketball)
Melvin Swift is the latest hoops star to come out of Yates High School in Houston, Texas. The 6'7 power forward listed Kentucky, Arizona, Kansas, Syracuse, Texas, Oklahoma State, Houston, LSU, Depaul, and "more." Swift said "Kentucky, Arizona, and Syracuse are good school and they all have a good team." Swift really seems to like Texas saying "Texas is my favorite school(as a fan). I love Texas; they are a good school and they care about you. I love the team, they did good this year." Swift did not know what to say about LSU. Arizona is the only school that has offered him at this time.
